Welcome to Apokálypsis
Apokálypsis is the Greek word for apocalypse, which means "the unveiling". I feel called to reveal yogic philosophy online, helping people regain personal sovereignty and do what's best for themselves and others.
Too many studios sell asana aesthetics and exercise, missing the point: preparing for meditation to connect with source consciousness. I focus on the shared human experience and inner work, cutting through illusions. When you reconnect with your true self—not your role self—you access healing.
I slow practice to emphasize alignment and meditation in vinyasa and hatha asanas, incorporating pranayama to balance the nervous system.
I offer three meditation approaches: yoga nidra (guided “sleep-adjacent” meditation) for transformation; yantra and mantra (visual/verbal) using focal tools; and open awareness meditation for advanced practitioners.
Finally, sound has long been used to alter consciousness, and I am continuing the tradition. I use crystal bowls, a 32-string zither, and Roland TR08 drum machine to create an 'acoustic forcefield' that drowns out city chaos. Modern subwoofers generate subsonic frequencies proven to regulate the nervous system.
Digital access eliminates travel stress. People connect with me without feeling observed or pressured to perform, focusing on their inner experience.
